Well, as I just stated, I bought myself Mario Kart Wii and GTA 4. So in case you are wondering my opinion on them, here it is.
Mario Kart Wii:
As we all know, Wii doesn't have the graphics capabilities that other next gen consoles have. That being put aside, this game is amazing. I haven't played for more than 2 hours, mostly because I want to keep my skill level low, but what I have seen is great. The handling takes a little time to get used to if you adopt the new Wii Wheel (which I suggest to get the most entertainment), but you can stick to the Classic Controller or GC Controller if you aren't up for the challenge. This game is great as a party game. It really doesn't require much effort to be decent at it and its Mario Kart so its obviously a good time for all. I haven't checked out the online capabilities, but I hear they are decent. So overall I give it a MUST BUY.
Grand Theft Auto 4:
If you are a fan of the GTA series, you will love this game. If you are a fan of doing random shit in a virtual world, you will love this game. A friend of mine referred to this as a "sandbox game," meaning you get to play in a virtual sandbox. Well, if a virtual NYC is a sandbox, sign me up. You can drink (which actually impairs your aiming and driving), go on dates, kill people for no reason, and buy random shit. I mean what more do you need in a game. Also, they added an online component. My roommate is literally addicted to it. I think he spent more time doing that than actual game play. And even funnier, (this is the roommate who sold his Xbox 360 to me) went out and bought a new 360 just to play this game. So, Im gonna say for anyone with an Xbox 360 over the age of 17 ... this is a MUST BUY.
That's all I feel like reviewing right now. Might give you an idea of what Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles is all about. I actually just started playing it (even though I bought it in December) and it is delightful so far.

As per requested
Oddly, apparently my lack of blog posts has become a problem for a few (and I emphasize the word few) people so I feel an update may be in order.
Well, I'm still doing the same old thing. I go to work, play some video games, hang out with people from time to time. I still can't sleep because apparently when you switch from working all night to working in the morning to working in the evening your body usually has a hard time adjusting. I'm trying to do something to fix that though. I pretty much just volunteered to become the pseudo fulltime baker at work so that I can get a set schedule. While I realize working at 5 AM sounds terrible, but when working midnights (which I am used to), I tend to stay up til at least 11. Therefore, plan is to stay up all night and sleep during the day unless I get used to the idea of waking up real early. Either way its something regular for awhile.
Also, I decided to quit smoking a little while ago. I assume most of you who might read this happen to know I was smoking for about two years. Well, I went over two weeks without and then had a little slip up. I don't really think I am in anyway addicted to smoking but it does have some social aspects that I still miss. They taste terrible though and I've always been a fan of the theory that if it tastes bad I'm not going to put it in my mouth.
I'm happy to say that summer is coming up which means one big thing to me: yard sales. I like to go yard saling, I can't explain it. Other people's junk just has its uses. So if anyone wants to go yard saling on the weekends (and lives in the state college area) let me know.
OH! I sold my car. I had a Mazda MX-6 with a blown transmission that sat in my parents yard for 2 years and some guy asked me about it. Granted I didn't really make a profit on it, at least it won't be a really expensive lawn gnome anymore. I sold it about a week before my birthday. That's right children, I past the quarter-century mark and am now 26. I bought myself some birthday presents this year instead of expecting others to do it. I got a new TV, Mario Kart Wii, and Grand Theft Auto 4 for Xbox 360. I will probably review those in awhile.
Yeah, I know my life is boring. So I'll steal one of Josh's great blog ideas and put up a picture of something sexy to end my post.
